Quarry Manager Certification Scheme. The Quarry Manager Certification System (QMCS) is a system implemented by the IQA for granting professional recognition to quarry industry professionals. The CP Committee may accredit person as Certified practicing quarry Manager (CPQM) and Certified practicing quarry Supervisor (CPQS).
